We offer a standard 30-day returns period for any item you decide you no longer want.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered to you.
2. Faulty Items
If an item faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any faulty goods, provided the fault is reported to us within the 30-day period. We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty items.

4. Review & Exceptions
While our 30-day policy is standard, please note the following:

Case-by-Case Review: Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to review all returns on a case-by-case basis. This ensures we can provide the best possible solution and adhere to our supplier's terms.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and some personalised items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 working days.
- Packaging Damaged in Transit - We will not issue refunds if packaging has been damaged during delivery of items, please note this does not include if the product itself has been damaged.
